What thrills me at the Fitness Factory
When you come to the Fitness Factory, the warm greeting and friendly atmosphere gives you the impression you are at a friend’s house. Their coaching is professional and without restraint (she means, we give 150%). They are always there to shoulder us and guide as we reach our fitness goals and we also benefit from a little zootherapy from our friend Picasso!!!

LOUISE CMIKIEWICZ HAS BEEN WITH US OVER TWO YEARS. SHE IS THE FITNESS FACTORY'S RESIDENT NURSE. SHE IS AN ASSET TO OUR MEDICAL PROGRAMS. HER EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEGDE HAS HELP MANY OF OUR CLIENTS UNDERSTAND THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WEIGHT GAIN AND PRESCRIPTION DRUGS. I am writing to you regarding my wife Louise to let you know what a difference you made in her life.
Two years ago, my wife Louise began to have some health problem due to some the way she was eating. She was also constantly gaining weight in spite of her active rhythm of life. Not knowing what to do, she decided to make some exercise. She said to herself that exercise would probably be good for her.
We live not far from the Fitness Factory, so Louise paid them a surprise visit in order to obtain some general information on how to subscribe. After talking to you guys she was convince and decided to make some change in her life. Louise was always someone that takes time to decide herself to do something, but once she made up her mind, then there is no way back.
To my great surprise and that of our children, in less then 2 weeks the content of our Fridge change completely. We had to follow her diet and do make an effort to help her.
I have to say to you that I was probably the most skeptic person on her chances of success.
Louise was always somebody who thinks of her family before thinking of herself. She even tends to make herself feel guilty when she makes certain activities for herself. For that reason we all made an effort to encourage her. This was also to my advantage, because I had too lose some weight!
Well, in just a few months, Louise slim down and lost 15 pounds. She now has a bigger muscular mass, her health problems left and her moral was never so good. To be honest, she now look more stunning then ever. I have to tell you that I am really impressed with all the changes she made in her life. She is certainly an example to follow for me.
It has been almost 2 years now that Louise made these changes in her life style and she still maintains her stunning look. She certainly doesn’t regret any of these changes she made.
