THE OTHER DAY A WOMEN CAME INTO THE GYM AND WANTED TO KNOW IF WE COULD HELP HER. SHE WAS IN HER LATE SIXTIES, WELL DRESSED AND WAS A LITTLE OVERWEIGHT. SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE HAD NEVER WORKED OUT IN A GYM AND WAS WONDERING IF USING WEIGHTS WOULD HELP HER STAY HEALTHY. I POINTED TO THE LIST BELOW AND A BIG SMILE CAME ACROSS HER FACE.
