In my opinion:
Hi, my name is Sylvie Charron. I own and operate a hair salon in St-Sauveur. I’ve been a member of the Fitness Factory for over a year.  I decided to join their gym because they provided many services: personal training, cardio, weight loss programs, Pilates, body cycling, nutritional programs, and a proactive alternative medical approach to health care. I was looking for a facility that was equipped to handle my needs. I wanted a personal trainer with experience, not some kid who just graduated from school. If you’re like me, motivation is an attribute you do not possess. I need someone to push me in order for me to stay on track. As a woman, I always had a fear that lifting weights would produce a muscular body that I personally find unattractive. My trainer put me at ease by explaining that many women feel exactly the same way I do. Women are not genetically capable of packing on “guy-like” muscle unless they are taking metabolic steroids. Fortunately, women can develop toned muscular definition that looks very sexy. I trusted that my trainer knew more than I did, considering that I was paying for the information. A few weeks into my training program, I started to see and experience changes to my body.    

  

My body feels firmer and stronger, and my clothes are not as tight. By the way, women who train with weights will not end up looking like  men. If you’ve a woman and have never trained with weights, I encourage you to visit the Fitness Factory and work with them. You will be pleasantly surprised at how quickly weight training can produce sexy body composition changes.

One of my goals is to eventually compete in a biathlon. At first, this goal seemed so far away. However, according to our training time schedule, I should be ready to participate in my first biathlon by next summer. My trainer suggested that I begin to take one spinning class a week to improve my cardio endurance. Presently, I’m attending two classes a week and there is a noticeable improvement in my endurance.
 

  

I’ve gone through a series of fitness tests and know exactly what my strengths and weaknesses are. My nutritional program has helped me lower my body fat percentage. My supplementation program includes minerals, vitamins, amino acids, and essential fatty acids. This is the first comprehensive supplement program that has made a big difference in my training.
