A: The SQUAT. If I had to choose one exercise for strength and power it would be the squat. Assuming for a moment that one uses the appropriate weight and proper technique, THE SQUAT will do wonders for your development. If you’re a women with a flat ass…well the squat is for you. Unfortunately, ninety percent of the individuals we observe perform this exercise incorrectly. There are two obvious mistakes; using too much weight and very poor lifting technique. Furthermore, if ninety percent perform this exercise incorrectly it is understandable why many say it’s a dangerous exercise. The truth is, if properly taught, this exercise is among the safest and most challenging exercise you can ever do.
