ANOTHER SUMMER SURPRISE

Charles and Emily, two great performers from Saka horse show, trained at the fitness factory this summer. If you had the opportunity to see the Saka Horse Show this summer you might recognize these two extrodinary athletes.
Charles and Emily were born in France; both have worked in the horse show industry for years. This summer is their second visit working in Quebec. If all goes well they may be back in 2011.
Charles was raised in the industry. His father was heavily involved in the circus and horse show business throughout europe and north america. Emily's background is alittle different. Her talent lies in aireal gymnastic.
Like most excellent performers that overly rely on their talent, they eventually realized that talent isn't enough. As you age you lose strenght. Talent without strenght is a disater waiting to happen. Strenght training is essential for any person who uses their body as the primary tool to make a living.
It was a pleasure to work with Charles and Emily. My hope is that they continue making strenght training a priority.
WHAT’S UP

Those Who Do Not Learn From History Are DOOMED To Repeat It!
In February 1976, a 19-year-old soldier died at Fort Dix, N.J., after coming down with a severe case of the "swine flu". In response the Government launched an unprecedented propaganda program, costing tens of million of dollars, in order to vaccinate every man, woman and child in the country. The program was a complete disaster. The vaccine was more harmful than the actual swine flu. Adverse reactions to the shot ranged from temporary paralysis to, in some cases, death. It is estimated that over 3000 people died. Watch this short video called the "Swine Flu Fiasco".http://archives.cbc.ca/health/disease/clips/12711/
